This is a demonstration site
Northbridge Physio is not a real clinic. The booking form on this site does not send your details anywhere: there is no server, no database, no email and no CRM behind it. Submitting it shows a confirmation panel and nothing else. No appointment reaches anyone, because there is no one to reach.
What the site stores
Nothing. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session cookies and no local storage. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page makes no third-party request of any kind.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs — IP address, time, URL and user agent — for operational purposes. That is outside this site’s control and applies to any site hosted there.
If this were a real clinic
A working version of this form would collect health-adjacent personal information and would need a privacy policy compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Health Records legislation applying in Western Australia, covering retention, access, correction and complaints. This page is deliberately not that document, and must not be reused as one.
