What it costs, before you book
No booking fees, no admin fees, no surprises at the counter. Every fee we charge is on this page.
Appointment fees

First appointment
45 minutes — assessment, treatment and a plan you leave with

Standard follow-up
30 minutes — hands-on treatment and progression of your program
- $130
Extended follow-up
45 minutes — for complex or multi-area problems
Fees are the same on Saturdays and for after-hours appointments. If you need to cancel, let us know before the day and there is no charge.
How you can pay
Find your situation below before you book, so there is nothing to work out later.
Private health insurance
HICAPS on site, so you pay only the gap. Bring your card and we will process the rebate before you leave.
WorkCover WA
Bring your claim number and your first medical certificate. We invoice the insurer directly once the claim is accepted.
DVA
White and Gold Card holders are bulk-billed with a current D904 referral from your GP.
NDIS
Plan-managed and self-managed participants welcome. We are not currently registered for NDIA-managed plans.
Medicare (EPC / CDM)
Up to five subsidised visits a year with a referral from your GP. There is a small gap payment per visit.
Bring your private health card, your claim number, or your referral — whichever applies. If you are not sure what you are covered for, bring the card and we will check it before your appointment starts.
