What we treat
Named the way you would describe it, not the way a textbook would. Each one has its own page, because your knee is not the same conversation as your shoulder.

Your first visit
Forty-five minutes, and you leave knowing what is going on.

You tell us what happened
The first fifteen minutes are questions and listening. What hurts, when it started, what makes it worse, and what you need to get back to.
We assess and explain
A physical assessment, then a plain-English explanation of what we think is going on. No jargon, and no diagram you cannot read.
You leave with a plan
Hands-on treatment on the day, plus specific things to do at home. You will know what to expect and roughly how long it should take.
